Terms of sale

1 · The card

A MODULAR edition card is a 13 × 18 cm fine art giclée print on 200gsm enhanced uncoated paper, signed and numbered. Each work is released in a strictly limited edition of ten cards.

2 · Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in euro and are inclusive. Payment is collected at checkout by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. The programme receives the funds once the payment is settled.

3 · Production and delivery

Production begins within 24 hours of purchase. Cards are printed and shipped by an EU-based print partner. Within the EU, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from production; outside the EU, 7–14 working days.

4 · Edition numbering and closure

Edition numbers are assigned in the order purchases settle. Once all ten cards of a work have been acquired, the edition is closed permanently and the work is no longer available for purchase.

5 · Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the card, without reason. Return the card in its original condition; the corresponding edition number is then released and made available to the next buyer.

6 · Liability and warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. The programme operator is not liable for damage caused by misuse, exposure to direct sunlight, or improper framing after delivery.

7 · Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of Malta. The place of jurisdiction for commercial customers is the competent court in Malta.
