14-day right of withdrawal

You may return any piece within 14 days of delivery, for any reason or no reason at all. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), and we honour it in full even though each piece is printed to order.

How to start a return

Write to hello@modularprint.com with your order number within the 14-day window. We’ll reply with a return address and confirm the refund. You don’t need to give a reason. Pack the piece so it travels safely — the original packaging is ideal but not required.

Refund

Once the returned piece arrives back with us in resaleable condition, we refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping, to your original payment method, within 14 days. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty, that is on us. Send a photograph to hello@modularprint.com within 14 days and we’ll reprint and reship at no cost, or refund in full — your choice. No return shipment needed for damage claims.

What happens to the work

Every work is a one-of-a-kind original. When a return completes, the work simply returns to the catalogue — it becomes available again, so someone else can acquire it. Nothing is lost.
