Print on demand

Nothing is warehoused. Each piece is produced after you order it, by Gelato, at the production facility closest to your delivery address. For European orders that means the piece is printed and shipped within Europe — no transatlantic freight, no surprise customs.

Production + delivery

T-shirts and small prints ship fastest. A stretched canvas adds roughly three days for framing before dispatch.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the format and the destination — you see the exact figure before paying. A small 13 × 18 cm print or a T-shirt ships for a few euros within Europe; a large 70 × 100 cm canvas weighs more and costs more. Two delivery speeds are offered at checkout where available.

Tracking

You receive an order confirmation immediately, and a second email with a carrier tracking link the moment your piece ships. Order status is also visible any time under your orders.

VAT and customs

Every price shown includes VAT, calculated for your country at checkout. There is nothing more to pay on an EU delivery. Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duty on arrival — that charge is set by the destination country and is the buyer’s responsibility.
