About the work

You tried to remember the last time you saw a sky this dark. The screen glow is still in your eyes, though. It’s painted over everything, even that green; the way it takes a while for your pupils to adjust after a long day of numbers. You’ve come here to shed that light, to let it evaporate off you like dew. But it’s still there, isn't it? Just under the surface.
