About the work

The dog left the KONG here last night. He usually takes his toys to the couch, or under the dining table, places where he can chew in peace, out of reach. But not this one. This one he left right in the middle, a small, lime-green monument to forgotten play. He must have been called away by a sudden noise, or perhaps just the lure of an open bedroom door. It’s strange how something so robust, designed for endless gnawing, can also appear so utterly abandoned in the morning light, as if even the most indestructible objects can simply run out of momentum.
