About the work

The world is always a little too big for itself, or a little too small. It rarely fits. You learn to make do with the edges, the overlaps. You find the spaces in between where things become elastic, where a rain-streaked pane might hold a melody you can’t quite place, or a makeshift hat might be the crown you never knew you needed. There’s a sound you almost hear, a hum just beyond the frame, and everyone leans in, as if straining to catch a frequency that only just arrived. It’s not about finding the right size, not really. It’s about how much you're willing to bend.
